• Your profile: An experienced IC product designer with a proven track record and portfolio showcasing mastery of the core aspects of end-to-end design.

• Key Responsibilities include: DESIGN STRATEGY, RESEARCH, ENVISIONING, VISUAL DESIGN, INTERACTION DESIGN, DESIGN SYSTEMS, ARCHITECTURE AND MODELS, COMMUNICATION, COLLABORATION, LEADERSHIP.

⛳️ Requirements

• An experienced IC product designer with a proven track record and portfolio showcasing mastery of the core aspects of end-to-end design.

• Preference for candidates with experience in designing complex solutions for complete digital environments. Deep expertise in Fintech, HR tech, B2B, or SaaS is advantageous for this role.

• Demonstrated ability to independently lead design for a team or feature area through your work history.

• Impressive portfolio demonstrating consistent delivery of outstanding results for both business and end users.

• Portfolio showcasing expertise in simplicity, typography, interaction design, and UI design.

• Case studies illustrating your end-to-end design process from insight gathering to optimization.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, utilizing feedback, consensus building, and conflict resolution for successful outcomes.

• Effective communication skills to build narratives around your design work and engage your team. Proficient in clear, fluent written and spoken English for global communication.
