• Ability to think systemically, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and autonomously manage design for complex domains or multiple projects.
• Proven track record as a collaborative team player, driving consensus, resolving debates, and achieving impactful outcomes with product and engineering teams.

• Preference for candidates with experience in designing B2B SaaS solutions for industries like HRTech and FinTech.
