📋 Description

• Resourcify is currently looking for a (Senior) Product Designer who can elevate a groundbreaking product to new heights

• Craft experiences that empower businesses to reclaim their waste and transition towards a circular economy

• Strategize for the expansion of infrastructure and ensure that systems align with the needs of a growing clientele

• Work closely with the Core platform and data/insights teams to cultivate an exceptional user experience

• Enhance comprehension of user personas and establish Research pathways with our expanding customer base

• Lead the design process from inception to completion and provide guidance to non-design professionals

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years in product design

• Proficiency in cutting-edge design tools

• Demonstrated success in conducting user research, creating prototypes, and validating designs

• Comfortable navigating through uncertainty and ambiguous situations

• Background in B2B software targeting a specific audience

• Portfolio showcasing a focus on user needs rather than just aesthetics

• Fluent in both written and spoken English

• Proficiency in the German language is advantageous
