• What You’ll Do: Establish and uphold our design vision and standards, implement design processes and tools, and contribute to product strategy.
• Create comprehensive experiences in Figma: from wireframes, prototypes, and flows to high-fidelity interfaces.
• Develop and manage a scalable design system that aligns with brand and accessibility guidelines.
• Possess 7+ years of UX/Product design experience in SaaS or B2B sectors, with a robust portfolio showcasing strategic systems thinking and hands-on design.
• Capable of both strategic planning and hands-on design: adept at designing workflows and UI alike.
• Proficient in Figma with experience in constructing and evolving design systems.
• Skilled in conducting user research and translating insights into design enhancements—whether through informal testing or formal studies.
• Excellent communication skills: adept at aligning team members, leading discussions, and advocating for users.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, early-stage environments—solving challenges with proactivity and determination.
