📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design for products from ideation to final production

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy

• Conduct usability testing to inform design decisions

• Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes

• Design and refine visual systems across platforms and devices

• Create high-fidelity designs and collaborate with developers

• Stay up to date on design trends and industry best practices

• Advocate for user-centric design through empathy exercises

• Contribute to and maintain design systems for consistency

• Mentor a team of designers for creativity and collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in product design

• Experience working on consumer-facing products with a strong design portfolio

• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools

• Strong understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, and typography

• Ability to translate complex problems into simple, elegant solutions

• Experience conducting and incorporating user research and usability testing

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
