• Possess 4-8+ years of product design experience with a robust portfolio showcasing UX/UI expertise and complete design ownership.
• Demonstrate proficiency in creating and managing design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Proficient in Figma and other standard design tools.
• Strong skills in UX and UI design, balancing user requirements with business objectives.
• Experience in defining and executing user research to guide product decisions.
• Capable of creating prototype designs and shaping initial product definitions.
• Experience in aligning diverse teams, such as Product Managers and Engineers, towards shared design objectives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
