• Create intuitive product experiences for Hospitals, Vets, Techs, and Students across the website, responsive web app, and mobile app.
• Lead strategic design efforts within a team and contribute to design system governance.
• Identify and address design challenges across various teams, measuring impact through research and data analysis.
• Conduct and analyze user research, collaborate on research projects with Product Managers, and mentor junior designers.
• 4-8+ years of product design experience, showcasing expertise in UX/UI and complete design ownership.
• Proven track record in establishing and maintaining design systems for consistency and scalability.
• Proficient in Figma and other standard design tools.
• Strong UX and UI design capabilities, balancing user requirements with business objectives.
• Experience in conducting user research to influence product decisions.
• Ability to create prototype designs and define early product concepts.
• Skilled in aligning cross-functional teams towards common design objectives.
• Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and can adapt to changing priorities swiftly.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, working effectively with US and international teams.
