• Conduct research, testing, and prototyping to identify and validate user pain points

• Establish and maintain a scalable design system for consistency across products
• Generate illustrations, micro-interactions, and motion design assets for various digital platforms
• Perform design QA and post-release evaluations
• Minimum 7 years of experience in product or visual design roles
• Expertise in user-centered design and prototyping on different devices and screen sizes
• Demonstrated ability to develop and expand design systems
• Strong portfolio showcasing illustration and motion design skills
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, iterative approach
• Excellent collaboration skills with diverse teams
• Capability to work independently across different time zones
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
