• Conceptualize, design, and prototype user interfaces to enhance the user experience and functionality of ISC
• Lead the development and rollout of features based on your design vision
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product/UX Design
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating expertise in applying user-centered design principles for exceptional user experiences
• Extensive experience in collaborative, Agile software development environments, with a track record of iteratively delivering products with engineering and product teams
• Passion for high-quality interaction design, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence
• Exceptional judgment in applying user-centered design principles to solve complex design challenges
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving design issues
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experimental and innovative mindset with a willingness to embrace new ideas and feedback for continuous improvement
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools like Figma, XD, Sketch, and InVision
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with a geographically distributed team
