Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Drive the front-end design of SandboxAQ’s chemistry and life sciences simulation platform daily through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions for both internal and external audiences.

• Collaborate with the Design and Product team to contribute to, influence, and drive the vision of the platform, guiding and inspiring the organization.

• Work with product managers, engineers, and developers to gather design requirements, identify risks and opportunities, and collectively solve them to ensure seamless design implementation.

• Conduct workshops, interviews, usability testing, and other user research methods to inform and validate design decisions.

• Present designs to stakeholders, iterate based on feedback, and drive the visual design of the user interface.

• Distill complex information into data visualizations, analyze product analytics, and deliver customer-facing product demos for presales activities.

• Interface with go-to-market partners and collaborate with broader design functions in other SandboxAQ Business Units.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building interfaces with complex scientific and data-intensive workflows and visualizations for B2B and/or B2C applications.

• Exceptional visual and interaction design craft with a portfolio demonstrating clear, intuitive, and user-centered designs.

• Experience in product design, design thinking, crafting Platform solutions for complex industries, and working in cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools, as well as conducting user research utilizing various methods.

• Strong problem-solving skills, verbal communication, and presentation abilities, with experience in fast-paced, highly ambiguous environments.
