• Lead the creation of seamless end-to-end experiences, from initial exploration to final UI implementation
• Focus on designing interfaces for measuring data, configuring tools, and managing various data entities

• Demonstrated leadership in design projects within SaaS or B2B environments
• Strong understanding of UX and systems thinking to simplify complex concepts
• Proficiency in designing data-heavy UIs and multi-step workflows
• Expertise in Figma tools such as Auto Layout, components, variants, and tokens
• Experience in planning and conducting user research and usability interviews
• Strategic mindset to connect design efforts with product outcomes
• Effective communication of design concepts and collaboration with team members
