• Demonstrated success in launching new products and features, with a preference for startup experience.
• Proficiency in Product Design, Accessibility, Customer Research, and Collaborative Design methodologies.
• Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe suite.
• Strong knowledge of product design trends and industry standards.
• Understanding of software development principles and front-end technologies, with coding experience as a bonus.
• Portfolio showcasing technically complex projects and a keen eye for detail, especially in data-heavy applications.
• Excellent communication skills to craft compelling design narratives and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to challenge and collaborate with product managers and engineers effectively.
• Interest in global collaboration and working across different time zones.
