• Lead the development and maintenance of our Design System, creating a library of reusable components with thorough documentation to support both designers and developers.
• Advocate for Accessibility and Performance, ensuring all interfaces meet WCAG standards and promoting inclusive, high-performance design practices.
• Collaborate with various teams to align design efforts, understand user needs, and deliver effective solutions that bridge different departments.
• Utilize modern tools to streamline the design process, define best practices, and deliver high-quality work efficiently.
• Drive the design process from initial concepts to polished prototypes, collaborate closely with engineers for precise execution, and engage stakeholders for feedback and alignment.
• Focus on user needs, gather feedback, and continuously enhance the product experience by making strategic decisions on priorities and improvements.
• Minimum of 5 years of product design experience in fast-paced software or AI environments.
• Portfolio showcasing expertise in creating functional and visually appealing interfaces, particularly for complex, data-driven, or workflow-centered products.
• Experience covering the entire product lifecycle, from initial concepts to system-level enhancements.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex systems into user-friendly flows and components.
• Strong inclination towards establishing shared design patterns and scalable frameworks.
• Proficiency in designing AI-driven experiences, with a focus on agent behavior, trust-building, and system transparency.
• Familiarity with healthcare or medical technology industries is advantageous.
• Effective communicator with a willingness to adapt viewpoints, able to articulate and justify decisions clearly and diplomatically.
• Proactive approach to action, rapid iteration, and continual learning.
