• Essential qualifications

• Proficient in English, adept at engaging in live video discussions and presenting work effectively.

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Design roles.

• Background in startup environments (Seed to Series B).

• Demonstrated ability to excel in team-oriented remote work setups (e.g., Slack, Teams).

• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with project management and development tools (e.g., ClickUp, GitHub).

• Track record of success across various stages of the product lifecycle, from conception to execution to refinement.

• Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience in product management within B2B-focused organizations.

• Exposure to SaaS, AI/ML, or SMB-centric product landscapes.

• Understanding of agile engineering, RAG, and other AI mechanisms.
