• You will play a pivotal role in crafting seamless user experiences on a popular casino platform with a vast user base.
• Transforming data and insights into user-friendly designs and refined interfaces that enhance user interaction.
• Your creative input will impact product strategies, enhance conversion rates, and establish uniformity through an adaptable design framework.
• Prior experience with digital products in the iGaming sector is highly preferred.
• Proficient in gamification principles and user engagement tactics; adept at designing interfaces that align with user objectives and behaviors.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, encompassing the utilization of variables and tokens, familiarity with the Figma Tokens → JSON → Dev workflow, plugin setup, and collaboration with developers.
• Ability to devise innovative solutions within technical constraints, effectively communicate design choices, and establish productive relationships with developers and team members.
• Strong command of written and verbal English. Russian proficiency is essential as it is the primary communication language within the team.
