•As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll be instrumental in creating seamless, intuitive, and visually stunning experiences.

•Create Stunning, Minimalistic Designs: Design visually engaging, intuitive interfaces that delight daters and align with our brand’s commitment to simplicity and elegance.

•Craft minimalistic, user-centered designs that reduce complexity and make every interaction effortless and meaningful.

•Design Scalable Systems: Develop reusable design patterns, frameworks, and workflows that ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.

•Contribute to and maintain a robust design system that simplifies feature development while enhancing visual appeal.

•Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to co-create elegant solutions that are technically feasible and dater-focused.

•Facilitate collaborative workshops with cross-functional teams to align on vision, design strategy, and implementation plans.

•User Research and Insights: Conduct research to deeply understand our daters’ needs and pain points, ensuring every design decision is informed by qualitative and quantitative insights.

•Analyze data and user feedback to identify opportunities for simplifying and enhancing user journeys.

•Deliver Holistic Experiences: Address UX problems that cut across multiple features, designing data-informed, cohesive solutions that unify the end-to-end dater experience.

•Ensure technical solutions account for dater needs while preserving simplicity and beauty.

•Plan and Execute: Participate in roadmap planning to balance iterative delivery with achieving long-term dater and business goals.

•Deliver high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and specs, ensuring alignment with engineering for flawless implementation.

🎯 Requirements

•Experience: 6+ years in product design, systems design, or service design, with a portfolio showcasing visually stunning, minimalistic, and user-friendly solutions.

•Visual Excellence: Proven ability to create clean, elegant designs that balance aesthetics with functionality.

•Systems Thinking: Experience creating and managing scalable design systems and reusable components.

•Research-Led Design: Strong ability to integrate user research and data insights into visually impactful design solutions.

•Collaboration: Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to drive alignment with diverse, cross-functional teams.

•Technical Acumen: Skilled in working closely with engineers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with backend systems.

•Tools: Expertise in Figma, with proficiency in prototyping and interaction design.
