• Comprehensive experience in end-to-end product design for complex, web-based digital products
• Proven track record of designing intuitive, accessible, and elegant UIs with meticulous attention to detail
• Background in working within fast-paced product teams, preferably in early-stage or startup settings
• Ability to collaborate closely with engineers in a trio environment
• Proficiency in discovery methods such as user research, rapid prototyping, and quick idea testing
• Capability to work independently in a lean, high-autonomy environment
• Expertise in Figma, including setting up reusable components, structured design systems, and smooth handoff to development
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance speed, creativity, or cross-functional workflows
• Comfortable working across disciplines and contributing to product thinking as required
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Creative thinker with a passion for solving real user problems efficiently
• Collaborating with a small, dynamic team of curious and ambitious individuals
