• Lead end-to-end design projects, overseeing the entire process from initial exploration to final implementation, encompassing user flows, wireframes, visual design, and developer-ready handoff.

• Support the broader team by participating in design assessments, fostering a culture of feedback, and assisting in the mentorship of fellow designers as the team expands.
• Adaptability: Proficient in all aspects of the design process, from initial concepts to prototyping and testing, and capable of taking on various roles as needed.
