• As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in the creation and enhancement of our Fintech products within the Super.com ecosystem, ensuring alignment with our other tools.
• Seeking a strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity, capable of translating strategies into visually stunning designs that meet user needs and drive business success.
• Join a collaborative Product Design team spanning various fintech verticals, working together to deliver a seamless end-to-end user experience.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to shape quarterly strategies, innovate, prototype, test, influence roadmaps, and make a tangible impact with your designs.
• Utilize data and research findings to deeply comprehend user requirements and incorporate them into designs that provide clear value to customers and the business.
• Develop functional, engaging, and impactful experiences across mobile and desktop platforms.
• Demonstrate empathy and critical thinking, understanding the broader customer journey and the impact of your initiatives on the Super.com ecosystem.
• Minimum 5 years of Product Design experience, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
• Showcase a portfolio emphasizing strategic movement, critical thinking, data-driven decisions, craftsmanship, and measurable outcomes.
• Proficiency in B2C products with high-engagement mobile touchpoints.
• Expertise in ideation, rapid prototyping, and fostering partnerships with various stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in designing consumer products from scratch in dynamic environments, delivering high-quality designs iteratively.
• Ability to influence design decisions using user research and data analysis, conducting usability tests and deriving insights.
• Proficient in Figma, including interactive prototyping and efficient utilization of design libraries.
