• Join our team as a Senior Product Designer and collaborate with a diverse product team to create exceptional software solutions for transit agency personnel.
• Design user experiences for both mobile and web platforms, aiding users in interpreting real-time data for daily operations and exploring historical data for in-depth analysis.

• Engage in all stages of product development, from user research and prototyping to high-fidelity designs.
• Contribute to the enhancement of Swiftly’s design system and research engine, establishing a strong design foundation.
• Must have 5+ years of professional design experience.
• Demonstrated experience in leading the design of products from inception to completion, showcasing design vision through exploration, documentation, and presentations.
• Ability to conduct user interviews, identify core issues, and effectively communicate findings to a distributed team.
• Thrive in an iterative design process, welcoming feedback from groups and users.
• Advocate for the importance of design excellence to various stakeholders.
• Possess a growth mindset and a proactive approach to supporting team needs.
• Proficient in prototyping to communicate detailed design decisions.
