• Take charge of end-to-end product design for workflows, development tools, and AI agent experiences.
• Simplify intricate technical concepts (such as Prompting, APIs, Evals, workflows) into user-friendly and engaging interfaces.

• Conduct efficient user research, testing, and feedback cycles with customers to validate design choices.
• Shape and enhance our design system and product identity as we expand.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, including overseeing the development of products from concept to production.
• Background in startup environments, preferably as an early or founding Product Designer during the Seed to Series A+ growth stages.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing tools, workflows, or automation for developers or AI Agent products.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable navigating uncertainty, executing resourcefully, and fulfilling various roles.
• Strong blend of UX, UI, and product-oriented thinking; showcase a portfolio that demonstrates both skill and efficiency.
• Proficiency in technical aspects - proficient in JSON, APIs, traces, logs, and adept at designing for technical users.
