• Proven track record in designing digital products, particularly focusing on mobile-first B2C experiences
• Demonstrated proficiency in design through a robust portfolio
• In-depth knowledge of native mobile interaction patterns for iOS and Android platforms
• Ability to strategize and communicate a compelling design vision aligned with product objectives
• Familiarity with technical limitations and effective collaboration with engineering teams
• Confident in your abilities with strong communication skills for interactions with designers and executives
• Experience in implementing systems thinking and contributing to shared design systems
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities efficiently
