Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Play a crucial role in enhancing Tempo Software's product user experience.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs for complex workflows.

• Lead efforts to enhance design systems and component libraries.

• Design data-rich interfaces to help users gain insights and make informed decisions.

• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and other UX Designers.

• Help define and refine UX processes for improved collaboration.

• Create high-fidelity prototypes and conduct usability testing.

• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative design culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of UX design experience

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in enterprise software design, data visualization, and design systems.

• Proven experience creating, managing, or contributing to a design system and component libraries in a large-scale software environment.

• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping and user testing methods.

• Knowledge of UX operations, including processes, workflows, and tools to improve team productivity and collaboration.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to break down complex problems into actionable, user-focused solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Experience designing and managing integrations between separate software products or platforms.
