• Evidence of your ability to create, expand, maintain, and advocate for a cohesive digital product design system.
• Proficiency in designing for complex systems or applications across multiple platforms, including mobile devices.
• Exceptional attention to design intricacies with an emphasis on efficiency.
• Experience collaborating with a diverse team of designers, researchers, and content strategists, following an evidence-based design approach.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and processes effectively.
• Proficiency in design tools, applications, and methodologies.
• Sound knowledge of front-end development and technology.
• Familiarity with designing for accessibility and a willingness to enhance these skills.
• Ability to establish and nurture relationships with colleagues and clients, coupled with excellent client consultation skills.
