• Minimum of 4 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful work.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs across various platforms.
• Proficiency in creating task flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Experience in user research and translating insights into effective designs.
• Strong grasp of personas, user journeys, and empathy mapping.
• Familiarity with web and mobile development frameworks like HTML5, CSS, and React.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with developers.
• Expertise in Figma and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Bonus points for experience with motion/animation tools like Principle or After Effects.
• Interest in leveraging Figma's MCP integration for AI-powered design workflows.
