• Responsibilities:

• Design seamless and intuitive features for Truepic Vision's Web App and Mobile Apps, fostering cohesive experiences across different platforms.

• Lead the entire design process, from initial ideation and concept creation to detailed execution and collaboration with developers, delivering user-centric solutions.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and QA to shape product strategy, direction, and implementation details.

• Act as a supportive and collaborative member of the design team, participating in critiques, brainstorming sessions, and the evolution of design systems.

• Develop wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and UI designs using Figma, while effectively communicating design rationale throughout the process.

• Incorporate insights from user research, usability testing, and data analysis to enhance design decisions and elevate the user experience.

• Embrace a user-centered, data-driven design approach that balances user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements.

• Contribute to the evolution of a consistent design system that can be scaled across platforms and teams.

• Pay meticulous attention to detail to create interfaces that are clear, accessible, and enjoyable to use.

• Iterate quickly based on feedback from internal stakeholders, usability tests, and performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing digital SaaS products, with a robust portfolio showcasing work on web and mobile platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to lead product design projects from concept to implementation within diverse teams.

• Collaborative mindset with experience in a design team that values shared responsibility, honest feedback, and design system coherence.

• Proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and shared component systems.

• Experience in designing within or contributing to scalable design systems, with a strong interest in visual and interaction consistency.

• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility guidelines.

• Comfortable utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions and refinements.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain design choices to stakeholders at all levels.
