• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and inclusive design principles in all design work.
• Demonstrated experience in designing complex digital products, preferably in the B2B or SaaS space.
• Strong proficiency in UX, interaction design, and visual design, with the ability to apply them in complex, real-world systems.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and actively shaping the direction, not just following specifications.
• Capable of breaking down complex systems and designing scalable, cohesive solutions.
• Clear and confident communicator who can explain decisions and influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to achieve desired outcomes.
• Detail-oriented with good judgment on when to delve deep into a problem versus moving quickly.
• Proficient in Figma and modern design workflows.
