• TXI is currently seeking a Senior Product Designer who is dedicated to integrating innovation with a human-centered approach.
• Developing the right solutions can be more challenging than simply developing them correctly. Many digital initiatives fail due to a lack of focus on addressing genuine user needs. • Initially, this position will be a 6-month contract with the potential to transition to a permanent role, pending mutual agreement.

• We are in search of a designer with:
• Extensive experience in product design and research, including leading research activities and usability testing.
• A proven track record of collaborating with and guiding other design professionals.
• Ability to balance aesthetically pleasing design with practical, user-centered outcomes.
• Inquisitiveness, adaptability, and a sincere dedication to problem-solving through research, strategy, and technology.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard tools, especially Figma.
