📋 Description

• Design and deliver high-quality solutions for complex products and flows, aligned with business goals and user experience.

• Work autonomously, questioning briefs when necessary and proposing improvements based on data and design criteria.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Development, and other Designers throughout the product lifecycle.

• Contribute to the use, maintenance, and evolution of the Design System, ensuring consistency and good technical practices.

• Actively participate in discovery processes, hypothesis validation, and user research (evaluative and generative).

• Translate insights into clear design decisions, iterating quickly and prioritizing impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• +4 years designing digital products.

• Portfolio showcasing clear processes (sketches, flows, prototypes, and interfaces).

• Experience in Mobile First design and responsive design.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Design Systems.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and UX Research.

• Experience conducting user testing and applying frameworks like Design Thinking.

• Ability to prioritize and manage projects of varying complexity.
