📋 Description

• Lead the design process from concept to completion by translating product requirements and user needs into innovative design ideas and prototypes.

• Create designs that simplify complex data interactions for legal professionals, making it intuitive and seamless.

• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Data teams to align design with business goals, data architecture, and user context.

• Explore innovative design concepts to enhance how attorneys and legal professionals research, analyze, and manage legal information.

• Rapidly prototype and test ideas to validate assumptions and gather feedback from users and stakeholders.

• Maintain and enhance the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the product suite.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to drive product direction and enhance usability for legal professionals.

• Advocate for user-centric design while considering the practical aspects of legal workflows and cognitive load.

• Contribute to brand identity and product storytelling to reinforce clarity, trust, and sophistication in the visual language.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of design experience, preferably in data-rich or workflow-heavy SaaS products for legal professionals.

• Portfolio demonstrating designs that simplify advanced data research for non-technical users.

• Proficiency in the entire product design process, from research to detailed interaction and visual design.

• Expertise in Figma, Miro, and prototyping tools, along with experience in design systems and responsive web applications.

• Deep understanding of the needs of legal professional users and experience in building AI or ML-based product workflows.

• Strong concept generation skills and the ability to communicate design rationale effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure design intent is implemented successfully.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in data visualization and interaction.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
