📋 Description

• Uphold is currently in search of a skilled Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic Product team.

• As a key player in this role, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences, collaborating with diverse teams, and designing interfaces that target user challenges.

• Your main focus will be on designing impactful experiences that enrich the overall Uphold journey.

• Develop and Plan Product Experiences: Establish and enhance product experiences that simplify financial services and promote transparency.

• Foster Collaboration Across Teams: Engage closely with product managers, engineers, data analysts, and fellow designers to brainstorm and bring innovative product concepts to fruition.

• Design User-Friendly Flows: Create user flows, interactions, and experiences that are user-friendly, coherent, and optimized for both web and mobile platforms.

• Lead Design System Progress: Actively contribute to the development of our Uphold Design System to ensure a unified and scalable approach to product design.

• Implement User-Centered Design Principles: Apply user-centered design principles to craft intuitive interfaces and experiences.

• Utilize Data for Design: Integrate data and analytics in the design process to identify user pain points, gain insights, and validate design solutions.

• Showcase Technical Proficiency: Develop scalable and customizable design solutions that align with technical requirements and capabilities.

• Conduct Research and Testing: Perform user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine and enhance design solutions.

• Stay Informed: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of design experience in consumer-focused tech or media companies.

• Strong online portfolio demonstrating your design expertise.

• Proficient in designing for various platforms (iOS, Android, Desktop) using tools such as Figma, Sketch, etc.

• Thorough knowledge of UX best practices, including user research and accessibility.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Bonus points for experience in fintech or finance-related topics as a Product Designer.
