• As a Sr. Product Designer in the Product group at UpMetrics, you will lead end-to-end UX/UI design for our core products, from research through implementation, contributing to feature improvements and designing entirely new features and product lines.
• Drive user research, design sprints, and workshops to solve complex problems.
• This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get more visibility into the business of product development and form product design ideas before the product development lifecycle begins, while remaining focused on product design and knowing your work will have an impact on the world.
🎯 Requirements
• 4 years of product design experience, with formal training and/or certification in UX / product design or related discipline
• Experience in B2B, SaaS
• Strong attention to user personas throughout the design process
• Portfolio demonstrating the end-to-end design process with your thoughts that highlights attention to detail and craft.
• High technical experience with Figma advanced functionality
• High degree of creativity and problem-solving
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Extremely comfortable with driving user research using various methodologies
• Track record of shipping successful products
• Practical experience working with product managers and software engineers on new or ongoing products in an agile/scrum environment
