• Responsibilities involve shaping customer interactions on a CXA platform and fostering innovation

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in UX/UI or product design, preferably in a B2B SaaS setting

• Impressive portfolio showcasing a user-centric design approach, strategic mindset, and ability to tackle intricate UX challenges

• Proficiency in contemporary design tools such as Figma, PenPot, and others

• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams

• Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at balancing long-term vision with immediate requirements

• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities

• Previous exposure to accessibility standards and usability testing is advantageous

• Background in startups or fast-paced environments is a plus

• Capable of working during Pacific Standard Time hours and meeting with India-based time zones 2-3 hours per week
