Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Seeking a creative Senior Product Designer for digital SaaS products

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research to high-fidelity visual design

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, users, and stakeholders for design solutions

• Conduct user research with clear goals including surveys and usability testing

• Create and maintain design standards for consistency across Vantage products

• Advocate for the user throughout the product development process

• Document and present design concepts to stakeholders

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong communication skills

• International and domestic travel required up to 25% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital SaaS products

• Proven experience in user research methods, information architecture, and interaction design

• Deep empathy for understanding customer problems

• Experience in digital advertising, retail, or retail media networks is a plus

• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with design systems and their implementation

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
