• Take full ownership of projects from start to finish: envision new features and meticulously refine every aspect of the product
• Comprehend the business objectives of Veeva CRM and collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to define vision and requirements
• Address user challenges by outlining components and design patterns
• Lead the design direction and strategy for your product domain; work closely with Design and Product Leadership
• Implement design across all stages of the lifecycle, covering UX and visual design
• Collaborate across teams to represent design and provide input in planning and product channels
• Design products utilized by prominent global pharmaceutical and biotech firms to deliver medications and treatments to healthcare professionals and patients
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product design for mobile and web applications
• Extensive background in a senior role within a Product Design team focusing on desktop or mobile platforms
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating expertise in Typography, Interaction, Visual Design, and Ideation
• Proficiency in creating comprehensive end-to-end experiences, encompassing UX and Visual Design
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with diverse teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Ability to partner with Product Managers to formulate feature strategies
• Skilled in prototyping to explore and communicate design solutions
• Firm belief in user-centered design principles
• Capable of independently troubleshooting technical and process-related issues
• Proactive, self-reliant, and inquisitive in seeking solutions
• Efficient, quick, and adept at performing under pressure
• Exceptional time management skills, with prior exposure to time-sensitive development settings
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
