• We are in search of a seasoned Senior Product Designer to elevate our products to new heights.
• Your role will involve shaping and executing the entire product design process, from initial discovery to final delivery and beyond.
• Our product design team's goal is to provide an exceptional experience for our customers and users, establishing our products as the go-to platform for identity management.
• Collaborate closely with your product manager and engineering team to steer the direction of our products.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to define project scopes, priorities, and problem statements.
• Transform concepts into tangible designs, creating proofs of concept and prototypes for testing with customers and users.
• Gather valuable insights through interviews, engaging with top customers, and analyzing relevant data.
• Serve as the advocate for our customers, ensuring their needs and capabilities are at the forefront of our designs.
• Manage both interaction/UX and visual/UI design, offering a variety of design solutions.
• Hand over designs and provide support for implementation to the engineering team.
• Collaborate with fellow designers and product teams to ensure seamless integration of new initiatives with existing products.
• Continuously monitor performance and make iterative improvements.
• Actively participate in enhancing the design team's processes, culture, and tools, including our design system.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience, with the ability to drive projects independently.
• Strong desire to immerse yourself in the industry and become a subject matter expert in your product area, showcasing curiosity and diverse interests.
• Strategic thinker capable of aligning design strategies with business objectives and user requirements, translating complex challenges into actionable plans.
• Proficiency in making data-driven design decisions and familiarity with metrics influencing user engagement and retention.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities, effectively communicating design vision and strategy across all organizational levels.
• Skill in prioritizing tasks efficiently and managing multiple projects, while adapting swiftly to changes.
