Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead project initiation by conducting stakeholder interviews, auditing existing designs, and reviewing UX documentation

• Conduct user research, analyze competitive experiences, and synthesize findings into actionable insights

• Collaborate with product managers to refine requirements and create UX artifacts illustrating current and future experience possibilities

• Partner with QA for precise implementation and enable clients to maintain the design system post-delivery

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 7 years experience in UX/UI digital product design in agency or in-house settings

• Proven track record of delivering digital products for mobile and web platforms

• Experience with multi-platform products and expertise in design systems

• Strong portfolio showcasing UX, visual design, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineering teams

• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools like Lovable, Figma Make, Figma MCP w/ Cursor
