Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead the entire design process for features, from concept to release, refining based on user research and data analysis

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to identify issues and deliver top-notch solutions efficiently

• Organize and outline requirements, translating technical input into clear design tasks for yourself and the team

• Validate ideas through discovery, interviews, and usability testing

• Develop sketches, prototypes, and detailed visuals to convey design concepts

• Ensure a seamless design implementation by working closely with engineers and team members

• Contribute to the development of Wallarm’s design system, creating reusable components

• Support the enhancement of our software development life cycle and product procedures

• Collaborate with brand designers to align platform UI with brand identity

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing impact

• Demonstrated end-to-end product design expertise

• Background in B2B SaaS or dev-tooling platforms preferred

• Proficient in designing for complex, technical, and data-driven interfaces

• Strong eye for visual/UI design and a drive for excellence

• Familiarity with AI tools for validation, prototyping, or discovery

• Independent team player with strong collaboration skills, comfortable working closely with engineers

• Open to feedback with a flexible and humble approach

• Excellent communication skills (English B2+), adept at justifying design decisions convincingly

• Experience using analytics to guide design choices

• Ability to craft concise, user-friendly interface copy
