• Strong understanding of user needs, ability to simplify complex issues, and design intuitive mental models and flows.
• Proficient in Figma with a keen eye for detail in typography, layout, and motion.
• Collaborative approach, excelling in cross-functional teamwork and open to feedback.
• Versatile mindset, capable of transitioning from high-level product strategy to detailed UI elements seamlessly.
• Balancing craftsmanship and practicality, knowing when to refine, iterate, and deliver products.
• Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying messages visually and verbally to align teams.
