Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Warp’s engineering, product, and growth teams to design and prototype product experiences using Figma.

• Enhance existing features to improve usability, workflow efficiency, design consistency, and user understanding.

• Oversee the development of new product features from concept to pixel-perfect execution.

• Contribute to managing Warp’s design system to ensure adherence to specifications.

• Utilize Warp to implement UI enhancements, bug fixes, and updates for production.

• Conduct design testing with internal team members and developer community feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI, ML, DevTools, Data, or similar technical products.

• Enjoy refining detailed workflows through iteration.

• Possess a deep understanding of developers’ needs and a desire to enhance their tool interactions.

• Committed to building relationships with non-designers to achieve a common vision for product excellence.

• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with engineers on technical projects.

• Background in contributing to or managing design systems.

• Bonus: Familiarity with developer experience, basic coding skills, experience in fast-paced startup environments, and designing for AI tools.
