• Collaborate closely with product managers, user researchers, engineers, and data analysts throughout the entire feature development process.
• Generate top-notch designs, interactions, and prototypes using Figma to explore ideas and deliver the best project solutions.
• Develop user research strategies and partner with product operations analysts/user researchers to pinpoint issues and validate solutions through user testing.
• Contribute to enhancing Wave's design system and component library.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and devise problem-solving solutions from their perspective.
• Articulate the rationale behind your product choices during review sessions.
• Prototype visual and UX concepts, refining them to reach the optimal solution.
• Proficiency in English.
• Minimum of 8 years of in-house experience, particularly in consumer-focused product design involving mobile apps.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design abilities, with a focus on streamlining user flows.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of visual craftsmanship.
• Strong illustration and animation skills, with expertise in After Effects and Lottie file conversion.
• Capability to deliver polished designs efficiently and with precision.
• Proactive approach to identifying UX enhancements without delay.
• Proficiency in low and high-fidelity design & prototyping.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
• Capacity to analyze complex interaction design and assess tradeoffs for each solution.
• Inquisitive nature for unraveling customer behaviors and requirements.
• Experience in balancing business objectives, customer needs, and technical considerations while effectively communicating your perspective to the team.
