Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project ownership alongside engineering, from defining problems to designing, building, QA, and iteration with no hand-offs or design handovers.

• Develop design systems focusing on architecture, component reuse, and creating cohesive product features.

• Gather and analyze feedback from debt advisors to guide priorities and validate product releases.

• Influence the user experience of AI-driven features such as lender matching, deal analysis, and outbound intelligence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Product Design experience

• 5+ years of collaborating cross-functionally with software engineers

• Proven track record of taking features from concept to product launch

• Expertise in developing and maintaining systems, libraries, and tools

• Proficiency in creating intricate prototypes using various tools like Figma, Framer, Claude, or coding

• Strong written communication skills for effective asynchronous communication
