• Supported by Juxtapose, a prominent technology and service investment firm, Wisdom is seeking a Senior Product Designer to contribute significantly to the initial phases of our product development.
• As a key player in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process, encompassing user research, UX flows, and meticulous UI design.
• Collaborate closely with a small team to bring innovative products and features to fruition.
• This impactful position is fully remote and reports to our Head of Engineering, Thomas Huston, offering flexibility to be located anywhere within the US.
• Advocate for user-centric design throughout all stages of product development.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in UX/UI/product design.
• Background in early-stage startups or experience as the sole designer in a team.
• Proficient in utilizing modern design tools such as Figma and Sketch.
• Familiarity with prototyping and user testing tools like Framer, Maze, and UserTesting.
• Previous experience collaborating closely with engineering teams.
• Possess a strong product-oriented mindset and deep user empathy.
• Demonstrate a high level of autonomy, ownership, and inquisitiveness.
• Humble attitude with a willingness to acknowledge mistakes and learn from them.
• Willingness to assist with minor tasks when needed, such as creating company T-shirts or presentation templates.
• Experience in designing SaaS or enterprise software products is highly advantageous.
• While formal design education is beneficial, practical experience and demonstrable expertise are given precedence.
