• Take ownership of end-to-end product design for core features on web and mobile platforms.
• Develop clean, development-ready Figma files utilizing components, variants, auto-layout, and well-organized libraries.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to outline user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to validate assumptions and inform product decisions.
• Translate intricate business logic into user-friendly and intuitive user experiences.
• Contribute to the product roadmap by applying design thinking, research insights, and data-driven decisions.
• Manage and enhance the design system within Figma.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless execution from design to development.
• Advocate for user experience and enhance product quality across various teams.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional product design experience (experience in SaaS is preferred).
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX flows, UI design, and adept problem-solving skills.
• Ability to streamline workflows and effectively communicate design choices.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams (bonus points for direct work with PMs or founders).
• Thorough understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and interaction patterns.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving needs.
