• Create and deliver impactful features throughout our platform, encompassing AI-driven workflows, onboarding processes, activation experiences, and growth initiatives that enhance user adoption and value realization
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to bring clarity to ambiguous situations
• Utilize modern AI-assisted design and coding methods to design, prototype, test, and refine features
• Enhance and advance our design system to provide scalable, top-notch patterns for collaboration between humans and AI
• Present design work confidently and cohesively to senior leadership
• Promote inclusive design by ensuring experiences align with WCAG standards and are compatible across various devices and assistive technologies
• Mentor and collaborate with team members to elevate craftsmanship and systemic thinking
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in designing and launching complex SaaS products
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic and systemic thinking across diverse SaaS design projects
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and experience with AI-driven coding tools
• Strong systemic thinking abilities to create designs that are adaptable across user and system contexts
• Experience incorporating user research and testing into design decision-making
• Ability to thrive in uncertain situations, simplify complexity, and deliver results efficiently
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for effective interactions across departments and with senior leadership
