📋 Description
• We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help Wunderkind UX design and deliver intuitive, scalable, and engaging AI/ML-powered experiences.
• You are a talented Senior Product Designer experienced in designing for complex SaaS applications.
• Reporting to the Director of Design, UX, you will play a pivotal role designing and delivering intuitive, scalable, and engaging AI/ML-powered experiences for our users.
• You thrive in delivering delightful solutions to complex, multi-dimensional problems, and enjoy every step of the design process from planning to shipping.
• Please note, we will only consider applicants who submit a portfolio of relevant design work.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant experience designing complex, B2B SaaS products
• Expertise in Figma and advanced prototyping tools
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects focused on SaaS and B2B products
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing, and the ability to incorporate insights into design decisions
• A systems thinking mindset when approaching your work
• A proven ability take ownership and deliver impactful solutions in a dynamic environment
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, skillfully shaping clear strategies and design solutions from complex, undefined challenges.
• Been a key player in designing, building, and maintaining design systems for large product ecosystems
• Strong execution and communications skills, storytelling skills with a proven track record of leading design projects from ideation, to engineering handoff, to product launch
• A growth mindset that is always finding ways to level-up your skills with improved processes, tools, and insights
