📋 Description

• Create comprehensive monetization experiences for web-based gaming stores and related products

• Utilize business objectives, user requirements, and data insights to develop scalable and impactful design solutions

• Manage and contribute to the monetization ecosystem, including the Shop Builder Platform, LiveOps tools, and partner-facing solutions

• Ensure uniformity, scalability, and strategic alignment across all monetization products

• Participate in the development of design principles, patterns, and system-level consistency

• Advocate for user experience excellence while considering speed, scale, and business impact

• Mentor and guide other designers, provide design leadership, uphold design standards, and foster team growth and design culture

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product design with a focus on complex digital products

• Proficient in systems thinking, UX strategy, and high-quality visual and interaction design

• Familiarity with working in collaborative, data-driven product environments
