Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Take the lead in designing the entire product development process, from concept to implementation.

• Develop low-fidelity flows, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and workflows that convey user needs, technical limitations, and a long-term vision.

• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, data scientists, and growth teams to achieve customer and business objectives.

• Enhance and expand our design system to ensure full accessibility and scalability across various platforms.

• Stay updated on best practices in AI-supported product development and design research.

• Conduct research, utilize insights to guide design decisions, and communicate considerations to leadership for future enhancements.

• Foster a culture of design excellence, feedback, and continuous enhancement.

• Mentor junior designers to maintain current knowledge of design trends and software capabilities.

• Contribute to design team processes and practices.

• Develop a thorough understanding of the finance industry and its impact on our business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years experience in end-to-end digital product design, with a focus on Growth, particularly application funnels.

• Portfolio showcasing expertise in interaction design, product design, and systems thinking.

• Proficiency in mobile design, accessibility standards, and complex applications.

• Ability to integrate research findings and data into design choices.

• Strong understanding of design systems and their scalability.

• Experience in user interviews, usability testing, and concept testing.

• Excellent communication skills to explain design decisions backed by data and best practices.

• Previous experience influencing stakeholders and proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma.

• Bonus: Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services products.
