β’ As a key collaborator with Product, Growth, Engineering, and Credit teams, you will craft innovative solutions that instill confidence, address genuine customer needs, and deliver tangible results for the company.
β’ You will excel in a dynamic, rapid-growth setting where customer-centricity, innovation, and agility are paramount.
β’ Minimum of 7 years of experience in end-to-end digital product design, ideally within startup environments.
β’ Portfolio showcasing expertise in interaction design, product design, and systems thinking (please provide password with your CV).
β’ Strong portfolio components to include:
β’ 0-1 projects and enhancements to existing experiences
β’ Mobile design expertise
β’ Adherence to accessibility standards and relevant annotations
β’ Proficiency in applications and top-of-funnel design (e.g., growth)
β’ Integration of research insights and data into design choices
β’ Possess a growth mindset and openness to learning new tools, methodologies, and research techniques.
β’ Thorough understanding of design systems and their scalability across various teams and platforms
β’ Experience in organizing and conducting user interviews, moderated and unmoderated usability testing, and concept validation.
β’ Exceptional communication skills with the ability to justify design decisions with analytical data, research findings, and industry best practices.
β’ Proven track record of influencing stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
β’ Proficient in Figma and contemporary design and prototyping tools
β’ Bonus: Prior involvement in fintech, payments, or financial services product design.
