Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Take the lead in revamping the design of investor applications, navigating through complex challenges

• Manage the entire design process from start to finish, including research proposals, information architecture, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity artifacts

• Shape the product experience vision and strategy by analyzing and synthesizing customer requirements

• Dive deep into user personas through research and identify key opportunities for enhancement

• Conduct prototyping and usability tests to enhance user experience iteratively

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop user-centric solutions

• Drive projects to completion and advocate for the importance of user research and design within the organization

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, preferably in the financial services sector

• Knowledge of financial markets and institutional buy-side participants' workflows

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Proficient in design and prototyping tools like Figma

• Ability to translate research insights into practical design solutions

• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

• Experience with AI tools is a plus

• Availability to work East Coast hours
